The goal of 2 Degrees! is to build a civilization that both mitigates the rise of global temperatures and adapts to the inevitable destruction climate change will cause. Your team will need to:

• Connect your cities with high speed railways
• Preserve and grow large forests
• Build wind farms

As your population grows and builds new cities, average global temperatures will continue to increase. As the temperatures rise, climate crises will become more frequent and more devastating. Your goal is to end the game with a civilization as close to a utopia as possible.
